Katt Williams opens up about his recent legal battle over a security breach in a 54-minute interview with Jemele Hill on her podcast, “Jemele Hill is Unbothered.” In the midst of the ongoing discoveries, new evidence was revealed to Katt that the millions embezzled were by his own former employees.
“In my search for who was the enemy that was causing all these things to repeatedly happen to me over and over again when they shouldn’t, we uncovered that it was actually my people that was involved,” Williams told Hill during the interview. “We didn’t really know that until the Department of Justice started indicting these people for the embezzlement of $59 million from Katt Williams.”
He told Hill that not only did he immediately fire all the staff members who were accused, he also had several of them blackmailed.
