New York Congressman Adriano Espaillat vows to bring Asap Rocky back home to the States. The Congressman says that ASAP is a staple in the Harlem community. Congressman says Asap’s incarceration violates his rights as a US citizen, Article 36 which states the embassy should have been contacted when he was arrested but this has not happened and that is in violation. Swedish authorities have violated Asap’s rights!
