Reality court show judge, Judge Mathis, is under investigation for allegedly spitting on a valet driver outside a Detroit bar.
Reportedly, he spat on the valet because he took too long to retrieve his Rolls-Royce for him. The valet took Judge Mathis’ car keys with him while retrieving another vehicle, making him wait 10-15 minutes for his and this led to an altercation.
According to Judge Mathis, it was only a verbal back-and-forth, but according to the valet, Judge Mathis embarrassingly cursed him out in front of customers and his co-workers.
The valet said he tried to explain to Judge Mathis he had to travel a long way to retrieve the other customer’s car and he even apologized to him, but Judge Mathis continued to be irate as he spat on him before he drove off.
Judge Mathis is denying spitting on the guy but he has admitted to the verbal altercation.
