Shawn Hochuli was the referee who missed this outrageous misconduct between the two NFL players. Marlon Humphrey grabbed Odell Beckham’s collar and the two wrestled to the ground while the referees were caught watching the game.
The Raven’s corner, Marlon Humphrey, is seen to have got off scot-free. Many are angry that Odell had negative consequences because of protecting himself.
