Allegedly, rapper Busta Rhymes got into a heated argument with a passenger on British Airways and was escorted off. The argument was about an overhead bin space.
It was reported that Busta Rhymes boarded the flight just before the doors were shutting while carrying five bags. He wasn’t able to find sufficient space for all of his bags in the overhead compartments and this led to him becoming irate.
Witnesses reported that he began verbally insulting a passenger on the flight once he saw that she had put her luggage in his section of the overhead locker.
The female passenger became teary-eyed to the point where her husband intervened and told Busta Rhymes to not be rude to his wife. Other passengers and British Airlines staff members stepped in as the argument escalated, according to witnesses.
It is reported that he was given the option to leave the plane and get another flight to London, but he remained on the flight.
Once the plane landed he was met by police officers and then escorted off the plane. He wasn’t arrested.
