Tyler Perry‘s studio sits on 330 acres with 12 sound stages, a replica of the White House, a trailer park, a hospital, a prison, a police station, an apartment building and a neighborhood that stretches for several blocks, with most of the houses built to code, all for rent to other studios and filmmakers.
