IS KODAK GOING TO REHAB
Kodak Black could be heading to rehab as part of his 46-month prison sentence. According to legal documents obtained by Complex, Kodak’s attorney has filed a motion asking the court to recommend the rapper—whose legal name is Bill K. Kapri—be sentenced to a facility that offers the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP). Kodak’s legal team states rehab treatment was discussed during his recent sentencing, and that Assistant United States Attorney Bruce Brown advised the defendant would benefit from the program.
