DJ Tony Neal is a nationally recognized DJ, music executive, strategist, and cultural architect whose influence spans radio, streaming, artist development, and live events. Born in Detroit and raised in Milwaukee, Neal is now based in Miami, where he continues to expand his national and international footprint in music and media.
In 2005, he founded The Core DJs Worldwide, building it into one of the most respected and influential DJ coalitions in the industry. Under his leadership, The Core DJs became a powerful bridge between artists, DJs, radio programmers, and digital tastemakers across major U.S. markets. The platform has helped break records, launch independent campaigns, and support some of the biggest names in hip-hop and R&B.
After stepping away from the streets, T. Neal rebuilt his life and career with discipline and focus, transforming from DJ to executive architect. He is the CEO of Culture Music Group, a partner in the LittLive digital radio network, head A&R of Akon’s Konvict Kulture,  and a business partner of Tory Lanez. Through these ventures, he has played a key role in merging traditional mixshow culture with the streaming era, ensuring DJs maintain power and relevance in a rapidly evolving industry.
Tony Neal is also credited with pioneering independent DJ broadcasting methods, including adapting the iRig device in 2015 to achieve radio-quality sound directly from DJ booths after departing terrestrial radio, a move that influenced how DJs broadcast globally.
In 2024, his decades of impact were formally recognized with his induction into the National Black Radio Hall of Fame, cementing his legacy as a radio innovator and cultural leader.
Beyond music, Tony Neal is focused on ownership, infrastructure, and mentorship. From hosting national industry retreats and showcases to developing artists and executives, he builds platforms that create longevity,  not just moments. 
Based in Miami since 1992, he continues to expand his influence across music, media, digital radio, and entrepreneurship, proving that reinvention, consistency, and vision can create lasting legacy.
