Blazing the St. Louis airwaves in the late 80’s for over a decade, Doc Love was one of the pioneers of St. Louis radio mixshows and live broadcast mixing/hosting from clubs.This deems him as one of St. Louis Legendary DJ’s. He’s a qualified broadcasting professional and holds a B.S. degree in Mass Communications from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Working as a radio personality and feature mixer at KMJM Majic 108 and then KATZ 100.3 The Beat, Doc Love also known as “The Bad Boy” soon became a household name.
In addition to being an on air personality for 20+ years, He has also spent 10+ years as Program/Music Director, which taught him the importance of effective communications. He’s cultivated many key relationships with record label executives, major label recording artists and industry professionals around the U.S.

I’ll never forget being at an Atlantic Records party in Miami mid 90s at John Gotti’s crib off the water and they had a DJ SPINOFF And all of the BIG NAMED DJs were All being praised by all of the elites Then The STL DJs came up and SHOWED OUR NAKED ASS!!!! Funk Flex, Clue, Envy, Jazzy Jeff….EVERY BIG MARKET DJ Came over and watched Me Rockin Reese, Nino and VuDu Mesmerize the crowd with OUR STYLE Of djn/Mixing…. Needless to say a few YEARS LATER…. They all went from SLAM DJn to Actually Mixing And Blending…. But it all started with 3 Guys From SIUE-By way of Chicago And NOBODY And I mean NOBODY Gives you guys the credit for being HIP HOP DJ PIONEERS. I’m just happy/blessed to be the Little guy that G took under his wing and Introduced me to you guys! He changed my life forever! And you my friend were/are one Talented Individual with an immense knowledge of the game and a skill set that still these guys nowadays with their TECHNICAL HELP will never know, understand or Respect!
