Sometimes … snitchin’ pays.
Looks like all of Tekashi 6ix9ine’s snitching has actually paid off. The jury assigned several guilty verdicts, including for kidnapping.
The jury reached its decision Thursday in an NYC courtroom and found Anthony Ellison guilty of kidnapping in aid of racketeering. He was also found guilty of conspiracy and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.
An affiliate of both Tekashi and Anthony was charged with narcotics trafficking as well.
Ellison was found not guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. The jury did not reach a verdict on the firearms offense charge because Ellison was found not guilty of the dangerous weapon charge.
Tekashi also testified that he originally lied about the circumstances of his kidnapping because he was embarrassed, but claims that he was hospitalized after being pistol-whipped.
The Jury believed most of what he said. I guess snitching does pay off.
