While appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Chance gave us some tea, revealing the album’s title, cover art and release date all in matter of minutes.
“People out there watching know I haven’t sold my projects before,” Chance explained. “All my mixtapes were free. This is my debut album, so there’s like a pre-order, and I told Jimmy to pre-order my album, and he was like, ‘If you say the release date on my show.’”
Fallon immediately pulled out his phone and hit chanceraps.com and pre-ordered the album, to which Chance gave up the July 26 release date for said LP titled The Big Day.
